Animated slides on how to apply a condom

Condom Tips

1) Never use a condom more than once.

2) Store condoms away from direct sunlight.

3) Never use oil-based lubricants as these can cause damage to latex condoms.

4) Non vaginal use of condoms increases the risk of them slipping or being damaged. Please consult your doctor for advice.

5) Some topical medicines applied to the penis or vagina may affect the efficacy of latex condoms. Please consult pharmacist instructions on these products prior to use.

6) Some individuals may experience sensitivity to latex products, consult your doctor before use.

6) No method of contraception can provide 100% protection against pregnancy or HIV and STDs

Always use a good lube.

You can get condoms in drugstores and drug departments of other stores. They also are available in Planned Parenthood health centers and other family planning clinics where they may be less expensive or free. Many drugstores display condoms and vaginal contraceptives. If they are not in sight, ask for them. Don't be embarrassed by the thought of going into a store and asking for condoms. Be proud. Buying condoms says that you are responsible and that you accept your sexuality as a normal part of living.
