R.W. Roddis Wrote:

If somebody's kid up here in Jenny Jones land goes to the Vasectomy web site and then castrates their little friend, is Kevin B. Clever DC liable?

B. Kirby Replied:

Well, as your lawyer (for Mr. Roddis), I would have to say that the answer to that question really is, does he ( Mr. Clever) have any insurance, if so how much?  Does he have a significant net worth, and if so how much?  If he has got either one of those, I think that he'd pretty much be liable.  If not, then he'd probably be prosecuted criminally since he wouldn't be able to defend himself.

A. Bowman Replied:

If your real clients got hold of this post, your practice would be sh*t. Please, I implore you on behalf of ambulance chasers across our fair nation, DO NOT reveal the management strategies behind lawsuits.

(editors note:  I don't normally get sappy about these warmhearted e-mails but this one did me in.)

Dear Kevin:

God bless you for the beautiful radio I won at your recent senior citizen's luncheon.  I am 84 years old and live at the county home for the aged.  All my family are gone. It's nice to know that someone thinks of me. God bless you for you kindness to an old forgotten lady.
My roommate  is 95 and always had her own radio, but would never let me listen to it.  The other day her radio fell and broke into a lot of pieces. It was aweful. She asked if she could listen to mine, and I said fuck you.

Sincerely,
Edna Johnson

Kevin:

Does a vasectomy stop nocturnal emissions aka "wet dreams"? I ask because I have no interest is shooting of any type and wish for my gun's ability to shoot bullets to be destroyed. I want it to serve only as a water hose and not a baby maker.  Congrats on the site, for it one of the few decent sites left. Thanks for your time.-  Shaun

I was recently e-mailed the URL to you're page. I had a vasectomy 11 years ago. An interesting note is that it is commonly thought that a vasectomy has no affect on hormonal levels. I can assure you that, over time, this is simply not true in many cases. In my particular case, i have had to go on testosterone treatment to be able to regain erectile capability, and the loss of testosterone from my vasectomy has cost me 2" in erectile length, plus girth. This is due to not having nocturnal erections for some years. This is far more common then current medical literature, probably due to a combination of lack of long term research and those that get paid to do these procedures not really wanting the public to know.

Sincerely,

Todd Bertrang
